Oatmeal Raisin Cookies
1 1/4 cups all purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 cup butter, no substitute, softened
1/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup light brown sugar
1 (3 ounce) box instant vanilla pudding
3 1/2 cups quick cooking oats
1 cup raisins
1 cup chopped nuts (optional)
Preheat oven to 375 Mix flour and baking soda together and set aside.
