Pound Cake Cookies
2 sticks butter, no substitute, softened
1 cup sugar
2 egg yolks
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
Preheat over 350. Line cookie sheets with foil, do not grease.
Cream butter and sugar until fluffy, add egg yolks, beating well. Add flour and vanilla.
These can be dropped or piped with pastry bag and tips.
Bake for 15-20 minutes or until edges ate lightly browned. Yield:7 dozen
These can be dipped or drizzled with chocolate and nuts. These also freeze well.
