Lemon Crisp Cookies
1 Pillsbury Lemon Cake Mix
1/2 cup butter or margarine, melted
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 cup Rice Krispies
Mix together and roll into 1" balls, flatten and place on ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake at 350° for 5-10 minutes. Makes 3 dozen.
