1 cup butter or margarine
1 cup quick cooking rolled oats
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 can Solo fruit filling
2 cups all purpose flour
Beat butter, cream cheese and vanilla until creamy.
Add flour, oats and salt and mix until blended.
Chill dough thoroughly in refrigerator.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Roll dough on lightly floured board to 1/4 inch thickness.
Cut dough into 2 inch squares with floured knife.
Place dough on ungreased cookie sheet about 1 inch apart.
Make depression in center with thumb or back of spoon and fill with 1/2 teaspoon of filling.
Bake 12 to 15 minutes or til light golden brown.
Dust with confectioners sugar before serving.
