PEANUT BUTTER SNOWBALLS
1 cup confectioners' sugar
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
3 Tblsp. Butter, softened
1 lb. White chocolate coating for dipping
In a mixing bowl, combine sugar, peanut butter, and butter, and beat thoroughly.
Shape into 1-inch balls and place on a cookie sheet lined with waxed paper.
Chill 30 minutes, or until firm. Melt white chocolate according to manufacturer's directions.
Coat the chilled balls generously with the chocolate and place on waxed paper to dry. Chill until firm. Makes 24 confections.
