Pudding Cookies
1 cup New Bisquick
1 package (3 1/2 or 4 1/2ounces) favorite instant pudding
1/4 cup salad oil
1 egg
Heat oven to 350. Mix all ingedients until dough forms a ball. Shape dough into balls, using 1 teaspoonful for each.
Place on ungreased baking sheet. Dip bottom of glass into sugar; press on balls to flatten. Bake 8 minutes. makes 2
1/2 to 3 dozen cookies.
Because this recipe is older I wouldn't substitute sugar free pudding because the nutra sweet breaks down in high
temperatures
