Snicker Bar Cookie
1 cup sugar
1 cup butter or margarine, softened
2 teaspoons vanilla
1 teaspoon baking powder
3 cups flour
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup peanut butter
2 eggs, beaten
1 teaspoon soda
Snack sized Snicker candy bars, cut into thirds
Preheat oven to 350° F.
Cream together sugars, butter and peanut butter. Add vanilla and beaten
eggs. Mix well. Add dry ingredients.
Wrap dough around each 1/3 candy bar forming a ball. Place on cookie sheet.
Bake at 350° for 12-18 minutes or until golden brown.
Cookies will flatten as they bake with candy bars as center filling.
