Sugar Cookies
1Cup Sugar
1/2 tsp.salt
1Cup Butter
3 oz. Cream Cheese
1/2 tsp. Vanilla
1 Egg Yolk
2 1/4 Cup Flour
In bowl combine Sugar, Butter, Cream Cheese, Vanilla and Yolk. Blend very well in mixer. Stir in flour. Chill for 30 minutes.
Roll 1/4 inch thick, cut out with favorite cookie cutter. Bake 7 to 10 min. at 375 degrees.
