Formed Cookies Swedish Cookies

1 cup butter
cup sugar
2 cups flour
Red jelly or jam*

Set oven at 375F. Cream butter and sugar to a fluffy consistency. Add the flour. Shape into olive sized balls and
press thumb into the center as you place them on a cookie sheet. Fill the center with jelly and bake 15 to 20
min-utes until delicately golden around the edges.
About 6 dozen.

*I like current jelly or strained raspberry jam.
