Fondant Icing for Cookies
6 cups of 10X Powdered Sugar
1/2 cup water
2 tablespoons light corn syrup
1 tablespoon almond or extract
Mix all of the above together until smooth. Separate into small individual bowls to color if desired.
Place your cookies on a cookie rack with wax paper under it. You can reuse the drippings at the bottom later if extra icing is needed.
Using a small pastry brush, gently brush icing on cookies.
