HONEYCOMB COOKIES

28 ounces Almond bark (coating)
2 1/2 cups Honeycomb cereal
2 1/2 cups Rice Krispies
2 cups mini marshmallows
1 cup salted peanuts

Melt the almond bark (coating). I use a large microwaveable bowl, and do it in the micro. Follow instructions on the
package...

Add the remaining ingredients, and stir well to coat.

Spoon out onto waxed paper in whatever size cookies you want.

1. Coatings don't come in packages of 28 ounces anymore. I just divide up a package. They come in little squares,
and there is no such thing as too much! I usually end up using slightly more than the 28 ounces called for. Our favorites are the white and the milk chocolate. The dark chocolate IMHO was a little too rich.

2. Do this in a large microwaveable bowl, so that if it starts to set up before you've spooned out all your cookies,
just zap it for a few seconds. Be careful not to do it for too long, or you will melt the marshmallows!

3. I usually add more peanuts...love those peanuts!
