Jack O Lantern Cookies
1/2 can vanilla creamy frosting
2 oz vanilla flavored candy coating
orange paste to color
14 oreos
purchased decorating icing
7 small green gumdrops, cut in half
IN a small saucepan, melt candy over low heat stirring constantly until melted... stir in paste to make pumpkin color.
Line cookie sheets with waxed paper. Holding cookie with tongs, dip entire cookie ito melted coating...letting
excess drip off. Lay flay on waxed paper. Let stand until firm and chocolate is solid and firm. Decorate coated side
of cookie with jack o lantern faces using decorator icing. Top each with half a gumdrop for stem
