Butterscotch No-Bake Cookies
1 1/2 sticks oleo (not butter)
2 c. sugar
2/3 c. canned milk
3 oz. pkg. butterscotch instant pudding mix
3 c. quick cook oats
1 c. chopped pecans
Mix oleo, sugar and milk in saucepan; bring to boil and boil one minute. Add pudding mix; beat until smooth. Put oats and nuts in mixing bowl. Pour cooked mixture over this; stir until well mixed.
Let rest 15 minutes - this is very important!
Then spoon out by the teaspoon onto waxed paper. Let set before serving.
