Coconut Cones
1/4 c butter
2 1/4 c sifted powdered sugar
1/4 c evaporated milk
3 c coconut
6 oz (1 c) chocolate chips
Melt butter over low heat until lightly browned. Stir in powdered sugar, evaporated milk and coconut.
Drop from teaspoonfuls onto a waxed paper lined cookie sheet. Cool When cookies are cool, shape them into cones.
Melt chocolate chips in a double boiler over hot but not boiling water. Dip the bottoms of the cone shapes into the melted chocolate. Return to waxed paper and cool.
Makes about 3 dozen cookies.
