Rolled Cookies Butterhorns

Butterhorn cookies

2 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup butter
3/4 cup sour cream
1 egg yolk, slightly beaten

3/4 cup sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
3/4 cup chopped nuts

Mix flour and butter as for pie crust.
Mix together the sour cream and egg yolk and add to the flour mixture. Divide the dough into 3 portions and refrigerate for several hours.

Roll each portion into a circle 12" in diameter (use a floured pastry cloth). Mix together the filling ingredients and sprinkle over the top of each circle. Cut each circle into 16 wedges.

Roll each wedge firmly, starting at the outside edge.
Bake on ungreased oven trays for 20 minutes, at 350*F.
