CHOCOLATE CRINKLES
1/2 c. vegetable oil
2 tsp. vanilla
4 squares unsweetened chocolate (we use nestle choco-bake)
2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
4 eggs
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 c. confectioner's sugar
Mix oil, chocolate, and granulated sugar. Blen in one egg at a time until well mixed. Add vanilla. Stir flour, baking
powder, and salt into oil mixture. Chill overnight. Heat oven to 350. Drop dough into confectioners sugar by
teaspoonfuls and roll. Shape into balls. Place on greased cookie sheet. Bake 10 to 12 minutes.
