Rolled Cookies Cream Cheese Cut Outs

1 c. butter
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
3 oz. cream cheese
2 egg yolks
2 1/2 c. flour

Soften butter; cream sugar, butter and cream cheese together. Add egg yolks, vanilla and flour. Chill. Roll out and cut out on floured surface.

Bake at 350 degrees F. until first sight of brown edges appears. Frost when cool and decorate. This recipe can be tripled and use an 8 ounce package of cream cheese.
