Cut Out Cookie Dough
3/4 cup
12 T. butter
1 egg
3 tsp. vanilla
2 cups flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
Frosting:
3/4cup powdered sugar
2 T. butter
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 tsp. milk
food coloring
Combine sugar & butter. Beat until creamy.Add egg & vanilla. Mix, then add the remaining 4 ingredients. Chill 30 min.
Roll dough out. Cut with cookie cutters. Bake at 350 for 10-12 min. Cool. Mix frosting ingredients and add coloring of choice & decorate the cookies.
