4 cups Sifted Flour
2 T. Sugar
1 lb. Butter
1 pint Vanilla Ice Cream (softened)
Preheat oven 350º.
Blend flour and sugar. Cut in butter and melted ice cream and mix. Form into ball. Wrap and chill overnite.
Roll out dough on floured surface to about 1/4" thickness. Cut in circles (a 2" cookie cutter works super).
Take about a teaspoon of filling and and place on each circle. Fold over both sides of the circle to meet in the middle.
Bake 20-25 minutes on a ungreased cookie sheet.
