Title: Schnecken

Yield: 48 servings
1 c Flour
1/4 lb Margarine
4 oz Cream cheese
1 tb Sugar
Strawberry preserves
Cinnamon & sugar mix
Chopped walnuts
Raisins
Place first four ingredients in food processor; process into dough. Divide into 4 balls. Refrigerate overnight.
On a floured surface, roll one ball of dough at a time into a 10 - 12 inch circle, 1/8 inch thick. Cut into 12 pie sections.
Have ready in separate containers, the preserves, cinnamon & sugar, nuts and raisins. Spread preserves onto the pie sections. Sprinkle cinnamon & sugar and nuts and raisins nuts onto the outer edges. Roll each section from circle edge to the point. Dip into cinnamon & sugar mixture.
Place close together on a lightly greased cookie sheet; touching. Bake at 350 until lightly browned. Flip with spatula onto waxed paper. Let cool.* Before serving, sprinkle with powdered sugar. *Can be frozen at this point.
