Rolled Cookies White Velvet Cutouts

White Velvet Cutouts

1 pound butter or 1/2 pound margarine and 1/2 pound butter
1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese
2 cups white sugar
2 egg yolks
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
4 1/2 cups flour


Preheat oven to 350° F. and grease cookie sheet.

Cream butter and cheese; add sugar and egg yolks.

Add remaining ingredients. Chill at least an hour.

Roll out on lightly floured board and cut into desired shapes. Do not roll too thin.

Bake 10 to 12 minutes in preheated 350 degree oven on greased cookie sheet.

Be careful not to overbake.

Frost and decorate as desired.
