PEANUT BUTTER COOKIES
1 20 oz. pkg. refrigerated peanut butter cookie dough
1 8 oz. pkg. miniature peanut butter cups
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Slice dough into 1 inch slices, and cut each slice into 4 pieces. Place pieces in lightly greased mini muffin pans. Bake 8-12 minutes and remove from oven.
Immediately after removing from oven, press one mini peanut butter cup onto the top of each cookie. Cool before removing from pans.
