Hungarian Goulash

Hungarian Goulash

2 lbs. stew meat, cut in 1" cubes and browned in small amount of oil
1 cup chopped onion
1 tsp. garlic salt
3/4 cup ketchup
2 Tblsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 Tblsp. brown sugar
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
dash cayenne pepper,
1/4 cup water


Put all ingredients in crockpot and stir to blend. Cook on low 8 hrs. Serve over cooked egg noodles.
