Hungarian Goulash

2 lb round steak cut in 1/2 inch cubes
1 cup chopped onion
1 clove garlic, minced
2 T flour
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 1/2 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp dried thyme, crushed
1 14 oz can tomatoes diced
2 tsp flour
1 cup sour cream
12 oz wide noodles

Put steak and flour together and coat and put in crockpot. Add onion, garlic, salt, pepper, paprika, thyme, tomatoes in crockpot and stir well. Cover and cook 8 to 10 hours.

Stir in flour to sour cream to stablize it so it won't separate and add to goulash. Stir in and put cover on and cook an additional 30 minutes to thicken and incorporate.

If cooking on high only cook for four hours.

Serve over noodles
