Italian Beef

3 lb. chuck roast
1 pkg instant dry onion soup mix
1/4 jar Italian seasoning
1 c. water
Put into large crock pot and cook 8 hours on high. When meat has cooked enough to pull apart, removing fat and bone. It is best to make a day or two before serving as it gets better after marinating in the juices. Re-heat and serve
on hard rolls.
