Beef Short Ribs
3-4 lb. short ribs
Flour and seasoning of your choice
Oil
Butter
1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, undrained
2 Envelopes onion soup mix
1 (10-3/4 oz) can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. dry red wine
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Combine flour and seasonings of your choice.
Dredge short ribs in mixture.
Brown short ribs in mixture of half oil and half butter in a large frying pan.
Place short ribs in crock-pot.
Combine remaining ingredients and pour over short ribs.
Cook on low for 8 hours.
