Beef in Beer

1 (12 oz.) can beer
1 envelop onion soup mix
1 envelop brown gravy mix
1-1/2 to 3 lbs. round steak, cut into 1-1/2" cubes
1/3 c. flour


In a slow cooker, mix beer, onion soup mix and brown gravy mix.

In a plastic bag, shake flour and steak. Empty bag contents into slow cooker. Stir to coat meat with liquid. Cover and cook on low for about 8 hours. Serve over mashed potatoes or rice.
