Spinach Casserole

2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
2 c. cream-style cottage cheese
1/4 c. butter, cut into pieces
1 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, cubed
3 eggs, beaten
1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. salt


Thoroughly combine all ingredients in mixing bowl. Pour
into greased crock-pot, cover and cook on low for 4 to 5 hours.



Crockpot Spinach Casserole

4 pkg, frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
2 c. cream-style cottage cheese
1/2 c. butter, cut into pieces
3 eggs, beaten
1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. salt


Mix all ingredients. Pour into a greased crock-pot.
Cook high for 1 hour, then low for 4 to 5 hours.



Spinach Casserole

2 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
3 c. cottage cheese
1/2 c. butter, cut in cubes
1 1/2 c. American cheese, Cheddar or Longhorn
1 c. Monterey Jack cheese, cubed
3 eggs, beaten
1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 c. fresh mushrooms, if desired


Thoroughly combine all ingredients in mixing bowl. Pour into well greased crock-pot. Cover and cook on high for one hour, reduce heat to low and continue cooking for 4 to 5 hours.
