Mixed Vegetables En Pot

2 (10 ounce) packages frozen mixed vegetables, partially thawed
1/2 cup finely chopped celery
2 (10 3/4 ounce) cans condensed cream of celery soup
1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
1 packet (about 1/2 ounce) toasted onion soup mix
1/2 cup water
2 Tbls. melted butter or margarine


In slow-cooking pot, combine mixed vegetables with celery. In medium bowl, mix soup with seasoned salt, dry dip mix, water and melted butter. Pour over vegetables in pot. Cover and cook on low for 4 to 5 hours or until vegetables are tender. Makes 6 servings.
