Crockpot Mashed Potatoes
9 potatoes, peeled and boiled
1 block cream cheese
1 cup sour cream
Mash potatoes. Add cream cheese and sour cream. When ready to serve the next day, add 1/2 to 1 cup butter.Heat and
stir til creamy. May also add a touch of minced garlic, if desired.
