Butter: Herb Butter

the Jai Lai Restaurants recipe
Herb Butter

1/2 lb. butter (or use soft cream cheese)
2 t. lemon juice
1/4 t. minced garlic
1 t. each, dried:chives, oregano, rosemary, tarragon, thyme


Whip all together, until the lemon is incorporated. Refrigerate. (If using butter, it freezes well) Let sit for 1/2 a day to let the herbs flavor to develop.
