Herb Butters
Cilantro Lime Butter:
1/2 cup butter, softened
l tsp grated lime rind
l T chopped fresh cilantro
Chive Mustard Butter:
1/2 cup butter, softened
1 1/2 T finely chopped fresh chives
1/2 tsp dry mustard
1/4 tsp pepper
Horseradish Parsley Butter:
1/2 cup butter, softened
1 T choppe fresh parsley
1 T country style dijon mustard
1 tsp prepared mustard
Jalapeno Chili Butter:
1/2 cup butter, softened
1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced
1 tsp chili powder
Garlic Basil Butter:
1/2 cup butter, softened
1 T finely chopped fresh basil
1 garlic clove, minced
Directions for all butters:
Combine ingredients, stirring well.
