Herbal Butter

5 tablespoons fresh or 5 teaspoons dried or 2 1/2 teaspoons seeds of your favorite herbs
1 teaspoon lemon juice
2 sticks of butter, softened (salted or unsalted)


Moisten herbs with lemon juice. Hand blend or process butter and herbs. Keep in refrigerator for a few weeks or freeze up to six months.
