Ooh-la-la Butter
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. honey
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. brown sugar, lightly pressed
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tbl. heavy cream
This butter is rich, decadent, and makes a wonderful spread. You can spread this on muffins or bread slices and the broil for a minute or two for a hot, bubbly treat.
Combine ingredients in a food processor or with an electric
mixer and whip until the butter is light and fluffy. Store in a tightly closed container for 1-2 months in the
refrigerator.
