Homemade Boursin
4 tbls. softened butter
4 oz. cream cheese
1 clove minced garlic
1/2 tsp. each of your favorite finely chopped fresh herbs (oregano, thyme, marjoram, basil, etc.)
1 tbs. finely chopped parsley
a splash of white wine.
Combine all ingredients and allow to meld for at least 24 hours before using.
