Cheese: Snaffles Mousse

Snaffles Mousse

6 oz Philadelphia cream cheese
6 oz tin of Campbells beef consomme
1 small clove garlic -- crushed
1 small pinch curry powder -- Malay type is perfect
Parsley and lemon slices to garnish


Put all ingredients into a liquidizer and blend. Fill ramekins or other individual small dishes and refrigerate till set. Garnish with sprigs of parsley and lemon slices, serve with thin toast.
