Chocolate Fudgesicle Ice Cream
Makes eight 1/2 cup servings
2 cups whole milk
1 (4-ounce) package chocolate instant pudding
Place ingredients in a medium mixing bowl and combine until well blended. Pour into freezer bowl, turn the machine on and let mix until mixture thickens, about 15-20 minutes. Serve immediately, or if desired, transfer to an airtight containter and store in the freezer.
Note: recipe states that this stays soft in freezer.
