Creme de Menthe Ice Cream
2 cups sugar
1 can sweetened condensed milk
2 1/2 cups creme de menthe
4 ounces Cool Whip
milk
1 1/2 cups chopped Andes Mints
Mix all of the above together and gradually start adding whole milk. After it's all mixed well, pour in your ice cream freezer and continue adding milk to fill line. This is for a 5 quart freezer.
When the ice cream was about 3/4 frozen, add about 1 1/2 cups chopped Andes Mints, chopped fairly fine.
