Eggnog Ice Cream

4 cups eggnog
2 (3.9 ounce) packages vanilla instant pudding


Place ingredients in a medium mixing bowl and mix just till blended. Pour into a freezer bowl, turn the machine on and let it stir until mixture thickens, about 15-20 minutes. Serve immediately, or if desired, transfer to an airtight container, then place plastic wrap over the top to seal the air out and resist freezer burn. Store in the freezer.

Makes 1 1/2 quarts

Note: This stays semi-soft in the freezer.
