Frozen Strawberry Yoghurt
1 tspn. unflavoured gelatine
1 Tbsp boiling water
1 cup Strawberries
3 tspns powdered sweetener (as above)
1 cup plain low fat yoghurt.
Blend all ingredients except yoghurt until smooth, fold in yoghurt. Pour into a non-metallic dish and freeze, stirring every 30 minutes to break up the ice crystals until almost solid ( or place in an ice cream machine if you have
one)Store, covered in freezer until ready to serve. Get out a little before service time to allow to soften slightly.
