Homemade Ice Cream
4 eggs
2 (12oz.)cans
evaporated milk
2 cups sugar
1 quart heavy cream
1 tsp. vanilla
Beat eggs. Add sugar and beat well. Add milk, cream, and vanilla, and mix well. Pour into ice cream maker and freeze according to manufacturer's directions. Makes 5 quarts.
