Instant Ice Cream

2 c. frozen fruit (blueberries, strawberries, peaches or bananas)
1 c. milk or cream
2-4 tbsp. honey (optional)


Put fruit, milk and honey in blender. Blend on high speed until smooth. You may have to stop the blender, scrape down sides, replace cover and blend some more.

3. Serve immediately as soft ice cream or pour into plastic cups and freeze for an hour or so.
