3 egg yolks
1 can condensed milk
2 cans evaporated milk
3 cans of water
1 cup of sugar
in heavy pot, beat eggs with sugar till mixed. Add all other ingredients and heat (do not boil) till just warm. Cool then
freeze in ice cream maker.
