Sweetened Condensed Milk
1 c. instant nonfat milk
1/3 c. boiling water
3 tbsp. melted butter
2/3 c. sugar
Pinch of salt
Blend until smooth in blender.
NOTE: You could add a little extra sugar and some unsweetened cocoa to make the chocolate variety -- just add the cocoa until it's the same color as the expensive stuff in the can.
