Dessert Cheeseball
1 (9 oz.) pkg condensed mince meat, crumbled
1/2 Cup orange juice
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1/2 Cup chopped nuts
In small saucepan, combine mincemeat and juice. Cook and stir over low heat 10 minutes. Chill.
In medium bowl, beat cheese until fluffy. Stir in mince meat. Chill. Shape into a ball. Chill Coat with nuts. Chill. Serve with cookies, crackers, or chilled apples, pears or grapes
Makes one 5-inch cheeseball. Refrigerate leftovers.
Dessert Cheeseball
1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup butter, softened (no subsitutes)
1/4 t. vanilla
2 T brown sugar
3/4 cup powdered sugar
3/4 cup mini chocolate chips
Mix together with mixer. Let set for 2 hours. Roll into ball and place on serving dish, or in small bowl and let set for another hour. Serve with graham crackers.

2 (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
1 small apricot Jello
1/4c.chopped pecans
1/4c.dried apricots, snipped finely
1t. fresh lemon zest
2T. powdered sugar
1T.fresh lemon juice
pecans to coat (you could also use Nilla wafer crumbs or graham cracker crumbs)
Mix all together, roll into a ball and coat with pecans. Chill and serve with Nilla wafers, graham crackers,etc.
