Frozen Yogurt

2 (8oz) carton vanilla or lemon yogurt
1/4 cup light corn syrup
2 tablespoons sugar
Combine yogurt, corn syrup, and sugar in a medium bowl. Pour into a 9x5x3" loaf pan. Cover with foil. Freeze until firm.
Turn frozen yogurt mixture into blender container; blend at medium speed 1 minute or until liquified.
Return to loaf pan.
Cover and freeze until firm. Let stand at room temperature 10 minutes before serving. Makes about 1 pint.
Variation: For Mocha Frozen Yogurt, follow basic recipe. Substitute 2 (8oz) cartons coffee yogurt for vanilla.
Add 1 tbl. unsweetened cocoa powder.
If coffee yogurt is not available, use vanilla yogurt and 2 tsp. instant coffee granules.
