Glazes for Bread Puddings

Creamy glaze:
2/3 cup melted butter (1 stick plus 2 Tbsp.)
4 cups powdered sugar
2 tsp vanilla
4-8 Tbsp. hot water


Meanwhile, in medium bowl, mix melted butter, powdered sugar and vanilla; add hot water 1 Tbsp. at a time until glaze reaches desired spreading consistency. Spread over whatever.


Icing:
1 cup sifted confectioner's sugar
2 to 3 Tbsp warm milk
1 tsp vanilla extract


In medium bowl whisk all ingredients until smooth. Drizzle over cooled rolls. (Can be made ahead. Wrap well and freeze up to 1 month.
