Evelyn’s Chocolate Mint Dessert
1 small pkg. Hydrox cookies
1 pt. whipping cream
2 c. colored miniature marshmallows
1 c. colored small mints
Crush cookies. Put half in buttered 9 x 13-inch cake pan. Whip cream and add marshmallows and mints. Put on top of crumbs in pan. Cover with remaining crumbs. Cover and place in refrigerator overnight. Serves 9 to 12.
