Black Raspberry Cobbler
4 cups black raspberries
1/2 cup sugar
1 T cornstarch
1 cup Bisquick
1/4 cup milk
1 T sugar
1 T melted butter
Mix the raspberries, sugar and cornstarch; boil 1 minute. Pour into a greased 2 quart casserole.
In a small mixing bowl, mix remaining ingredients.
Stir just until combined, don't over mix! Drop by spoonfuls on hot fruit. Bake in a preheated 400 oven 15-20 minutes or
until golden brown. Serve warm topped with vanilla ice cream and milk.
