Crunchy Apple Cobbler

5 Cups Sliced Apples
1/4 Cup Sugar
1 tsp. Cinnamon
A pinch of nutmeg
6 Tbl. Melted Butter or Oleo
1 Cup Flour
1 Cup Sugar
1/2 tsp. Salt
1 Egg

Heat oven to 375. Line greased 9 x 13 baking dish with apple slices. Combine 1/4 Cup sugar and spices and sprinkle over apples.

Mix flour, sugar, salt and egg. Toss until crumbly. Spoon over apples. Drizzle with melted butter or oleo. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until topping is golden brown
